Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You can request a full refund of any purchase within 14 days of the date you were charged. This applies to all subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly and Yearly), subscription renewals and credit packages.

You do not need to give a reason for your request.

3. Refund Processing

You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. You can also contact the payment provider that processed your order; their details are in your purchase receipt.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting support@musicaigenerator.com. When you cancel:

• Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period
• No further charges are made after the current billing period ends
• Cancelling does not affect your right to request a refund within 14 days of a charge

5. Plan Changes

If you downgrade your subscription plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and you keep your current plan's features until then.

6. Billing Questions and Chargebacks

If something looks wrong with a charge, please contact billing@musicaigenerator.com first. We can usually resolve billing issues faster than a chargeback through your bank.
